The third Hungarian Film Festival of San Francisco, brought to you by the Central European California Cultural Initiative, will take place on two weekends in November: 14-16th and 21-23rd.
The screenings will be held at the Coppola Theater at San Francisco State University.
Festival happenings to look forward to:
– Documentary film retrospective to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Hungary’s transition to democracy
– Contemporary Hungarian films: feature films, shorts, animation and documentary films from 2013-2014

HUNGARIAN FILM FESTIAL IN SAN FRANCISCO is a non-profit cultural organization that organizes film screenings, festivals and other film events. The events focus on Central Eastern European feature films and documentaries.
